The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), which offers nutrition assistance to millions of eligible beneficiaries, is a prime target for criminals. This video describes how retailers and beneficiaries use SNAP to steal government benefits they do not deserve and suggests what needs to be done to keep the program running efficiently.
